Yoga and words make a nice pair. They both share a lot of lessons. We're not really sure what this blog will look like yet, but check back in to see some words from our teachers, our students, and a few guest bloggers. You see a river, and you can choose if you want to get in and see where it takes you. You can’t know the speed, the current, the things you will see on shore, or even the where it will take you. You just have to trust that the river will take you somewhere.
