At both of our locations we offer yoga classes for every level. Come to class to chill out, work out, rejuvenate, re-connect, or just have some good old fun. We want your yoga practice to be whatever you would like it to be. All you have to do is show up.

Here at Inhale our team of teachers come from a variety of different yoga disciplines and each incorporates their unique knowledge and experience of the practice of yoga into their classes. But we all agree that maintaining a steady connection to breath, a focus on alignment, and an awareness of the mind and body is the most powerful part of the practice.

You can find anything from mobility workshops to mala-making to flowing through ways to reduce stress on Saturdays and Sundays at the studio. We've also been known to have some fun Friday nights with our weekly Acro Yoga class.

Corporate Yoga Program

Inhale in the Office offers yoga and mediation options to fit the needs of a company and its employees. We will come to you with an on-site yoga or meditation program or take part in classes in studio. Because studies show that a routine yoga practice—that could be once a week or five times a week—has some great benefits for both the employer and the employee.
