Here at Inhale our team of teachers come from a variety of different yoga disciplines and each incorporates their unique knowledge and experience of the practice of yoga into their classes. But we all agree that maintaining a steady connection to breath, a focus on alignment, and an awareness of the mind and body is the most powerful part of the practice.

You can find anything from inversions to mala-making to flowing through the chakras on Sunday mornings at the studio. We've also been known to have some fun Friday nights and Saturdays with workshops and special events, like Alyssa's monthly Chapters & Chants Book Club
