We love weekends for workshops! 


We really do love our weekends for workshops, and that's why they are jam-packed. You can experience anything from yoga for anxiety (with Serafina) to essential oils (with Leslie) to how to walk better and feel better in heels (with Kristie). Or join one of our guest teachers who is in from out of town to share their talents and expertise with our community, like Amber Karnes of Body Positive Yoga (first weekend in June).
