Inhale's Exclusive Yoga Intensives
Inspired by the many elements of the practice of yoga, Inhale teachers Janna, Melissa, David, and Emily have created four modules of in-depth study that allow any practitioner to gain more knowledge of the different aspects of the all-encompassing practice of yoga and a healthy dose of asana over a long weekend.
Whether you would like to study the effects of a yoga practice on the body or delve into the ritual and routine beyond the asana, there is a module that can deepen your practice. And, when you put all four together, you are on track to complete our The Nature of Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training Program. But that is by no means necessary. In fact, you do not have to complete the modules in order. We encourage you to pick and chose the subject and pace that works for your life and your practice.
For those of you who know you would like to become a certified yoga teacher, these four modules can serve as your path. Once you have completed all four 40-HR modules, we offer a 40-HR independent study that allows you to fulfill the remaining requirements to be a 200-HR Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher. This is where you will complete your teaching hours, observation hours, assist hours, final practicum, and more. If you are interested in the full 200-HR YTT path, email us at email@example.com.
