The Nature of Yoga: Elements of the Practice is a one-of-a-kind training. Why? Not only is this a 4-week intensive yoga study that will cover all the traditional topics of a 200 HR, enjoy some of Inhale's exclusive training offerings. Plus you will experience four different teachers who come from varying yoga backgrounds and get very enthusiastic about different aspects of the practice.

      Additional Requirements

      Teaching Practicum: Each trainee will be required to teach a 25-minute yoga sequence, complete with proper alignment cues and hands-on assists during the last week of the training.
      Homework Hours: Throughout the 4-week intensive training, you will be given 4 writing assignment which must be turned in as a requirement to complete the training.
      Practice Hours: 10 HOURS - Take a class in studio with either Janna, Melissa, David or Emily. All classes must be signed off. 
      Observation Hours: 4 HOURS - Observe a yoga class with a 200-HR certified yoga teacher and write one-page reflection. 
      Assist Hours: 4 HOURS - Practice hands on assists in class with either Janna, Melissa, David, or Emily.
      Teaching Hours: 4 HOURS - Teach 4 professionally structured 60-minute yoga classes. You may sign up for Inhale's Give Back Flow donation class or arrange a class elsewhere with proper approval.

        Weekend Workshop Series

        Every weekend, we will hold a workshop that is open to the public, but specific to the topics covered in our training. As trainees, you will not only attend this workshop as part of the training, but each Saturday the teacher training hours will focus on the subject of the workshop. In addition to the topic covered in the workshop and the training hours, each Saturday will be a opportunity to observe and learn how to set up and facilitate four different types of yoga related workshops with four different teachers. With these workshops, you will have a chance to be a part of our community, enjoy something a little special, and get a mini-break from the books.

        Non-refundable Deposit: $500

        All participants must first pay a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure a place in the training upon acceptance.
